Is anyone out there seeing denials when billing 77002 and 77002-76 for both RT and LT extremities?
 
What is the entire scenario you are wanting to bill for. You would not use a 76 modifier to distinguish RT form Lt side. 76 is for the same procedure repeated in a different session.
 
we are billing

we are getting the second flouro denided to MUE edit, but I have read we can bypass the edit by billing
