I have a client that has two different specialties, the bill under one tax ID. Is there a way to bill an office visit for internal medicine visit, and then also bill office visit for the other specialty same day?

I am not familiar with multi-specialties under same tax ID rules.

Is the patient being seen by two different physicians or is the same physician addressing both issues? If the patient is being treated by the same physician, all E/M work would be added together and only one E/M code could be billed. If the patient sees two separate physicians in your clinic and the physicians are credentialed with different specialties, then both could bill. But notice that word credentialed. That's the key.
