Is it possible to bill multiple procedure in an ASC setting example 45385 and 45380 .. if so will these services be reimbursed and how will it be reimbursed? PLEASE HELP PLEASE!!

Yes. It is possible.
Your example is very general though and depends on the Op note.
For example: "Small polyp was removed using hot biopsy forceps in the sigmoid. " ----> 45384
But, If DR. took one polyp using hot biopsy forceps and another polyp using snare, you can code. ---> 45384, 45385-59
Reimbursement rates for ASC will depend on your provider contract. Most of our contracts pay 100% of the first charge, then 50% of the second.
