Yes I work in a pediatric specialty office and our Pulm dept administers Xolair injections to children with asthma. We currently only bill 90772 for the injection, even though it is given in multiple sites. Can we bill per site for this injection? if so, can you tell me where I can find that in writing?

I'm not sure if Lisa is advising you to bill the 90772 as 2 units (90772 x2), but just incase, the 90772 should be coded as 1 unit for each injection. Report the 90772 separately for each injection and append modifier 59 to each after the first.
