Wiki multiple lesion excisions

A clinic provider does 3 separate lesions on a patient on the same day. I work in a hospital but code for their and I am new to coding and am not sure how to code this. The CPT codes need to be converted to the hospital numbers. There is a facility and physician/provider code. Can anyone help me on this. samyjw

Are you coding for inpatient or outpatient? Outpatient will use the same CPT codes as the physician. Give me more info and I will be able to assist. What is the setting, clinic or OR, inpat or outpt, and the specific locations and sizes of the excisions and the type of repairs for each.
