Help! I have a patient that had an Essure, D&C, Novasure, and a vulva laser ablation.

I came up with 58565, 58563-51, and 56501-51. Does this sound correct? I feel like I am missing something.:eek:

I also have a patient that had a LEEP, ECC, and removal of her Mirena.

On this one, I have 57460, 57501-51, & 58301-51. HELP!!!

I think in first Patient you are doing correct. But in the another Patient CPT code 57501 doesn't exist, my opinion is this CPT code should be 57510, other codes are remaining same.
