Now if you have 2 different procedures, how do you code. For example with PT/INR and Flu Shot. Can I code 99211 mod 25
85610 QW
90656
G0008
Is this the way to code. Any help greatly appreciated.

If the patient is there to have their PT/INR lab done, and a flu shot, I would not bill a 99211 at all. The nursing work involved in the flu shot is covered by the G0008, administration code. Do you also charge a 36415 for the blood draw for the lab? Unless there is a separately identifiable E/M done, again, I would not charge the E/M. If the appointment is made for a blood draw and flu shot and that's all that is done, no 99211. (IMHO)

Hope this helps,
