Does anyone from California bill Medi-cal (specifically CHCN) for the following procedures? They want to pay the percentage as follows. I thought the turbinate, sinus, and septum surgeries should allow 100% respectively, then the bilateral side should pay for 50%

How ins wants to pay:
30520 100%
30130 LT 50%
30130 RT 50%
31255 LT 50%
31255 RT 50%
31267 RT 50%
31267 RT 50%

I thought we should get:
30520 100%
30130 LT 100%
30130 RT 50%
31255 LT 100%
31255 RT 50%
31267 RT 100%
31267 RT 50%

Any advice
