I need help with multiple procedures. Our doctor did a diagnostic laparoscopy, chrompertubation, attempted right fimbrioplasty, hystersocopy, dialation and currtage.
I have 58350, 58672 mod 53 and 58558. I need to know if I coded this correctly.
Please let me know if these are the correct codes and if not let me know what is correct and why.
I greatly apprecite your help.
