The physician performed a turbinate reduction (30140-50), a myringotomy tube removal (69424-50) and an excision of a uvular lesion (42104) during the same surgical session. The patient came back 20 days later for a post op visit.

69424 and 42104 both have 10 day global periods. The patient is technically out of their global period for these services, however the turbinate reduction (30140) is still in global. Would this entire visit be a coded as a 99024?
Or would the appropriate dx for 69424, 42104 be billed with an E&M with -24, and a separate post op visit for the turbinate reduction?
