Can someone tell me how to bill an E/M, with a flu shot, and EKG and a B12 shot all the same day? Can I just bill 99214-25, 93000-51, 96372-51, Q2037, G0008 or just 99214-25?? Thanks
 
With Novitas as my MAC, I would code:

99214-25
96372
93000-59
90656
G0008
J3420

Novitas has just been auto-adding -51 whenever they deem it appropriate, so I stopped doing it

Note: I have never had a problem getting paid for Medicare 90656, but I would sure love some guidance from anyone as to when to use the Q2036-2038 codes for flu shots
