What is the proper way to code multiple skin grafts on the same limb?

The surgeon harvested one 16 sq cm split-thickness autograft & used it between two separate areas on the same leg.

Is it appropriate to use one CPT since it is under 100 sq cm - 15100. Or, should this be coded as two units since it was placed in two different areas - 15100 x 2

First of all I never use units when the code does not specify a quantity. Next since the code specifies 100 sq cm or less of body area then I would code only one code even though two areas are covered.
