When billing for more than one xray code such as 73610 and 73630, how do you get both codes to pay? We have tried added a 59 modifier to the additional code but it keeps getting denied.

Have you tried to use site modifiers, example RT/LT or T1/T3 etc.? I would start here if you have not.

We have, they just deny the 2nd set for some reason.

SAME HERE, ALWAYS GET DENIED NO MATER WHAT MODIFIER IS BEING USED. AAPC MEDICARE IS GREAT FOR DENYING THESE ALL THE TIME. ANY ADVICE FROM ANYONE WHO IS GETTING PAID ON THESE?
