What is the code for repair of a torn pectoralis major muscle?
Am totally stuck. All I can come up with is an unlisted code and compare to 24341 in the upper arm.
Pt. is Tricare. Need pre-op authorization. Surgery is scheduled for 6 days from now.
HELP!
