Wiki Musculocutaneous supplemental nerve block

Hi, I have received several pain management cases where our Dr. did a Brachial Plexus Block and a "musculo-cutaneous supplemental nerve block" I can't find the CPT for this last procedure, do you know which CPT can I use for the musculocutaneous nerve block?

How about CPT 64415? The section in the CPT book starting with 64xxx looks like it might have what you are looking for. I hope this helps.
