Wiki Must 90471 be sequenced first???

Good Morning All-

Is there any guidance out there that says 90471 (administration) must be sequenced before the actual immunization (for ex 90656). I know the cpt book uses the phrase "in addition to" but that seems a little vague. Thanks!

I typically enter the immunization first and then the admin (90471). Haven't had any issues doing it that way.

I've submitted claims both ways and have had no issues or difference in reimbursement amounts.
