Wiki MVA accident and Mom wants kids checked out day after accident.

Mom and two kids come into urgent care involved in MVA one day ago. Wants the children to be checked out for her reassurance. Nothing wrong with them and the only code we could find was E819.9 which we know can not be used as a primary code. Any suggestions?? This is an initial visit for both children.
