Can I bill 11755 (biopsy) with 11760 (Repair of nail bed)

The surgical site was identified and confirmed with the patient. The skin was prepped and
draped in the usual manner. A tourniquet was placed and removed at the end of the case. The nail was separated from the bed with an elevator, then part of it was removed with a nail splitter to allow access to the nail bed. A 3mm punch was obtained from the nail bed, which was then repaired with a 4-0 vicryl suture
