Provider does many patient home visits and nail debridements. Is it correct to bill those cases 9921X-25 and 11721? Will payers reimburse these cases?

Responses will be greatly appreciated!!!
 
Purpose of visit

If the sole purpose of the visit is for nail debridement then it is NOT apporpriate to code any E/M service. The E/M required prior to the procedure is included in the RVUs for the procedure.
