if both avulsion (CPT 11730) and debridement (11720) are done at the same time should we generate both codes
 
Avulsion (CPT 11730) and debridement (11720) - As per CPT guideline
For example : Avulsion (CPT 11730) and debridement (11720) both is done - Same site means (Ring finger)- Dont code both Only- Avulsion (CPT 11730) enough
Avulsion (CPT 11730) and debridement (11720) both is done - Different sites means (Avulsion Ring finger) and (Debridement -Index Finger ) That time both will report- 11730 ,11720 -59 both cpt s applicable with finger modifiers as well.
