I work in a VA facility and I'm a inpatient coder. We received our internal audits for the last 2 month and the auditor's name is not present. I questioned this and the supervisor agrees with me that it should be there in case of questions. The supervisor in turn asked the Chief and she stated it didn't have to be present on the form. Does anybody have any knowledge if the auditor has to put there name on the form?
