We have several patients that had a NaF-18 PETCT with DX C61 to determine bone metastasis Medicare letter was a request for the possible addition/amendment of the diagnosis listed on patient referral/order for the NaF-18 PET CT, to include a qualifying NCD medically necessary diagnosis. Does anyone have a suggestion
