Wiki NC Medicaid 12% Rate Reduction

I have seen on NC Medicaid Bulletins where there will be a 3% rate reduction. This was suppose to start on 10/26/14, but they have postponed this until a later time. Now a physician in our practice has heard that there will be a 12% rate reduction by Medicaid starting 1/1/15. Has anyone heard this information? I hope this is incorrect. I have even called NCTRACKS and they have not heard of the 12% rate reduction.
