Wiki NC Medicaid credentialing?

Hi everyone!
Not sure if this in the right place, but I'm at a loss. Anyone have experience with NCTracks (NC Medicaid) credentialing? I'm trying to credential two providers and they've given me their login info and site says that they don't have access to the provider portal. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!
