Wiki NCCI edit for 77300 and 77295

Hello,

CMS has deleted the NCCI edit for 77300 and 77295 on July 1 2016 and also retroactive to Jan 01 2016. Could anyone guide me where we get this information in CMS website and if possible please tell me the transmittal number.

There is a hyperlink on that page that says March 1 letter and that will link you directly the official letter. This page and letter are what my practice used to get our claims paid retroactively.
