NCCI Edit G0479/G0480 and 81000-81003

Recently, a NCCI edit is implemented for Column 1 G0479 Column 2 81000
Are you using 59 or 91? Why?
 
If the urine dipstick is for something other than urine drug testing it would be modifier 59 to show unrelated. 91 is for repeat lab test that is only used if its the same CPT/HCPCS code being repeated. 81000-81003 should not be used for anything related to drug of abuse testing/confirmation
