Wiki NCCI edits-Does anyone know

Does anyone know if there is anything available with insurance carrier's listed and if those carrier's follow NCCI guidelines or not? I thought a couple years back I had come across a large book published annually with all of the commercial carrier's and what the coding edits they followed.
