I need help please. I don't know why but my link to Iowa Medicare NCD/LCD list is not working. I need to go in and check CPT code to see if any of the Dx codes my provider is using are on the list for LCD. Its been so long since I've had to log in and look at that. Why can't I find it. Does anyone have the link please?

I don't have an Iowa-specific link, but you can use the CMS MCD Search page and filter results for Iowa. https://www.cms.gov/medicare-coverage-database/search.aspx
