We keep getting insurance rejection for NDC 01671415001. I also tried putting the zero at the end, i.e 16714150010 but both are rejected for invalid NDC

The NDC needs to be in a 5-4-2 format (xxxxx-xxxx-xx) and if you're missing a digit, you will add the zero at the beginning of the segment that is short. Is this for triamcinolone? If so, then if your original NDC here was 16714-150-01, then your 150 needs to be replaced with 0150 to bring it to 4 digits: 16714015001.
