What is the correct ICD-10 for the initial prescription of a contraceptive subdermal implant (Nexplanon)?

I initially though it would be Z30.018 - Encounter for initial prescription of OTHER contraceptives.
But ICD10Data.com indicates that it should be Z30.019 - Encounter for initial prescription of contraceptives, UNSPECIFIED.

Since the device is specified, shouldn't it be codes as OTHER, not UNSPECIFIED?
