I am in need of a diagnosis of a tumor./ mass on the aortic valve
possible a papillary fibroelastoma

There is no specific dx for a mass of the aortic valve. ICD-9 instructs "specified organ NEC-see disease of specified organ or site". This takes you to disease of mitral valve 424.1 ICD-9 is not always terrific for finding exact codes but that will all change with ICD-10!
