I am currently taking an assessment for a job. I am so tired of test taking. Anyway, I have one case that I absolutely don't know what to do with. This whole assessment have been surgical and E/M. This case is a H & P. Doesn't say if the it is inpatient or outpatient. It doesn't say if it is in a doc office or if the patient is new or established. Plan is for a suction d&c. I don't even know where to begin.
 
I don't know how you can answer that with so little information. I mean if it is a new patient then it would be an E/M visit. but if it's not then it is probably a no charge pre-operative visit.
