Here is the scrubbed op note. So far I see 22633,(l4-5)+63052 +22614,S(L5-S1) +22853, +22842, +61783 Should I use 63047 for the additional laminectomy at L5-S1? I'm not sure. If you see anything different, I'm totally open to suggestions. Thanks so much!

Did you ever figure this one out? I have a similar scenario and not sure how to report the laminectomy for the posterior fusion. Thanks!
