Hello fellow coders;

Our docs are bringing in an Internal Medicine doc to the practice.:o
As a proactive measure, we need to formulate a superbill with common diagnosis/procedure codes used by Internal Medicine docs. :rolleyes:
Will somebody be kind enough to fax over a blank superbill? :)
