Help!! I have a patient that needs an EKG because her psychiatrist wants to start her on a medication that can cause cardiac changes. There is no personal hx of HTN, Hyperlipidemia, etc., and I cannot think of a code to use.
This isn't pre-procedural, this is not because the patient is taking high risk meds, so I am really at a loss.
I appreciate any thoughts you might have.
