Please assist; Would like to make sure of accurate coding for: Left heart catherization with placement of indwelling stent and 2 run offs into extremities.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I came up with 92980.

If he also did a LHC then you could bill 93458-26, 59 with the 92980. If he truly did bilateral runoff's then you could bill 75716-26 but there would need to be M.N. for those runoffs.
