Guys I need help about hemorrhoids coding. Direct excision of external 2 hemorrhoids and 2 internal hemorrhoids by infra red coagulation. Kindly check whether 46250 and 46930 is ok to code.

Have you looked to see if the two procedures are integral to each other and if they are subject to the "multiple procedure" where one of the procedure would be reduced?

Thank you Stephanie. but I am unsure whether is integral to each other. I checked in CCI edit, but it is not integral to each other.
