Hi everyone,


If provider document HEENT= atraumatic/NV- can we consider both Eye & ENT system complete for comphresive level?

By use of the term "bullet" I would be lead to believe you are referring to 97 guidelines. So I am very confulsed with the question, there is no way this would be comprehensive anything under 97. I honestly don't see how it could under 95 either.

For bullets under 97 I would give 1 for inspection of head and that is it.

1995 guidelines - Head

I would count it ONLY for 1995 guidelines as examination of head.

I'm not sure what "NV" stands for in your doctor's documentation, so have no idea where to count it. It is not an accepted abbreviation in our practice.
