Hello,

can anyone help me with a code for this one?

New patient comes in for an appointment, he needs medical clearance to joint the army. He had left knee surgery in 2009 with another doctor. He has no pain just needs medical clearance to join the army.

Diagnosis: Status Post left patellar fracture, status post ORIF with overall normal knee function

Any suggestion how to code this one.
