Wiki need code for blocked gland

I need help coding this encounter. It's a short note, as follows:

S: Pt notes bump in vagina. It comes and goes. Hurts at times.
O: On exam, a 2-3 mm white papule consistent with a blocked gland.
A/P: Blocked vaginal secretory gland. Sitz baths with Epsom salts.

I have searched the index under blocked/blockage, disorder, disease--and can't seem to find anything that quite fits. I'm not sure that I can assume this is a Bartholin's gland without the provider stating as such?

Any help coding this would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
 
I believe the Bartholian glands are the only ones in that region so it would be safe to assume. You can always query the physician.

I would use N75.1. Hope this helps!
