Code for Microdissection

According to my research, you use the code for the primary procedure, plus 88380 for the microdissection, along with the modifier for the specific finger. I coulnd't find anything about a radial digital nerve in particular.
 
I'm not sure what you're doing but 88380 is a path/lab code. It's what we do to extract a sample from a specimen for molecular diagnostics. I don't know if this applies in the surgical suite, but it may.
