I work for a Hematology/Oncology Practice and I seeking some guidance on the below procedure.


What CPT code (s) would be appropriate to use for the below procedure?

Procedure: Access a previously inserted tunneled peritoneal catheter by attach connectors and drainage bottles and drain malignant ascites, assess and redress catheter insertion site.

The doctor would be removing fluid's from the catheter that is has been inserted in the pertioneal.
