excision of breast mass
 
this will depend on what was done exactly. If you can post the op note or give more info that would be helpful.

Two common codes are:

19120. This would be for a mass that was probably taken without really getting into the breast tissue.

19301. partial mastectomy- this is when you are excising breast tissue with the mass

There are also codes for excisional biopsy...excising a lesion that was marked by a wire....
