Need CPT for Hydro-dissection of extensive scar tissue around mesh and neurovascular bundle from under abdominal wall transitions superficial to wall post hernia repair.

In supine position, abdominal area was prepped with Betadine x3 and alcohol pads. A 25 gauge 2 inch needle was inserted at ventral surgical site and 4 mL injectate of 1% Lidocaine 3 mL, 0.5% ropivacaine, 10 mg of kenalog and 4 mL of 50% dextrose was injected into the area in a fan like fashion. Each injection was performed after a negative aspiration. The patient tolerated the procedure well with no complications. Post-procedure assessment was performed to determine the immediate effect of the procedure.
