Treatment for filamentary keratitis involving eliminating the mucus filaments as thoroughly as possible and addressing the underlying cause. The physician in these cases, removes the filaments at the slit lamp, using a jeweler's forceps under topical anesthesia.

My research is showing that the 66999 is probably the only choice with a detailed op-report to accompany claim.
