Patients come in having problems conceiving. This is before an 'infertility' diagnosis has been made. Blood tests and/or ultrasounds may be ordered.

What diagnosis would be appropriate for these? V26.29?

Some insurance policies have no coverage for 'infertility' diagnoses but these tests are run BEFORE any such diagnosis is made.

I'd appreciate any thoughts.
