What is the diagnosis code for "drug screening"? .....just in general, no particular drug mention...
 
Generic Screening?

Check V70.3 Screening for athletes, or V58.6 Long-term(current) drug use.
These are from my 2008 ICD-9-CM. Hope this helps, may need more info.

You could use V72.85 other specified examination and V70.4 blood drug test.
