The Doctor did a excision and sent it to pathology. It came back as dx " Perifollicular scar " it was not a neoplasm per path. Can anyone help me find dx for that pleas.

Try the 701.xx series, I found the verbage "follicular" in the more detailed description or, if not there, try the 709.xx series for other diorders of the skin. I work for hand surgeons and these are the dx codes we use for scar removal.
