If anyone is good with E-Coding for Chiropractic, if you could kindly check my codes here to insure that I have used them all correctly, that would be very much appreciated.

I don't do a ton of E-Coding and just want to be absolute. I have the following:

E000.0 -Civilian Activity Done for pay
E006.1 - Activities while horseback riding
E849.1 - Event occurred at a Farm
E828.2 - Accident involved animal being ridden...injured party was rider of animal
E884.9 - Fall from one level to another

This set of E-Codes is intended to describe that a worker was injured while at work on a farm when he fell off a horse and onto the ground.
Would the codes I used describe the event properly and use the codes correctly?

The codes are fine, but I would sequence/prioritize as follows:

E828.2 - Accident involved animal being ridden...injured party was rider of animal
E884.9 - Fall from one level to another
E849.1 - Event occurred at a Farm
E006.1 - Activities while horseback riding
E000.0 -Civilian Activity Done for pay

E000.0 is really a "status" code, not an activity code. It is not mutually exclusive of E006.1. Both codes can and should be used if there is enough room.
