If you are in NY and an Out of Network Provider and accept Emblem Health/ GHI patients..... Have you recently tried to get ahold of a person in customer service? In the past couple weeks they have changed their automated phone system and when you enter your NPI the system says you have entered something wrong or you are an out of network provider. Then when you continue on there is no longer a way to get an actual person. Also every date of service I have entered the system says no claim on file. I have tried multiple patients and multiple dates of service. I see they now have an online chat function but all I get is "there are currently no agents available".
Is ANYONE ELSE having the same issue. How are you getting through?? We have a lot of Emblem/GHI patients and we may have to consider no longer accepting them. This is BIG!
